JENNIE KOOT BRALCZYK, 76, of East Brunswick died Aug. 1 at home. Her husband, Edward Bralczyk, died in 1996. Surviving are a son, Michael of East Brunswick; a daughter, Elaine Koch of Hillsborough; a brother, Walter Koot of Brick; a sister, Helen Murrin of Brick; and a grandson, Christopher Koch. BARBARA SCHMIDT BUTCH, 88, of Milltown died Aug. 3 at home. Surviving are two daughters, Dolores Reeves of Milltown and Ruth Benigno of North Brunswick; a son, Ted Butch of Warren, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. ELEANOR PATRICIA CLEMENTS CHMURA, 52, of Monroe, formerly of Old Bridge and Jamesburg, died Aug. 1 at home. She was employed as a paraprofessional with the Monroe Township School District at Woodland School, Monroe. A daughter, Nicole, died in 1980. Surviving are her husband, Ronald P. Chmura; a son, Ronald; a sister, Jacqueline A. Bullis of Old Bridge; two brothers, Robert Clements of Old Bridge and John V. Clements of Pearl City, Hawaii; a brother-in-law, Mel Chmura of the Toms River section of Dover; 10 nephews; three nieces; and one great-nephew. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Interment was private.
GLORIA B. CLAY of Texas, formerly of South River, died July 10. Surviving are three daughters, Sandi, Candy and Tami; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Jack Rowe Funeral Home, League City, Texas.
GEORGE A. KISH SR., 74, of Freehold, died July 31 at home. Mr. Kish was born in New Brunswick and had lived in North Brunswick for 25 years and in Florida for seven years before moving to Freehold five years ago. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Koran War. Mr. Kish was employed by A&P Supermarkets for 45 years before his retirement in 1990. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Virginia VanArsdale Kish; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Thomas Kish of Freehold, and George Jr. and Barbara Kish of Old Bridge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Joseph Coyle, Stafford and Barbara and Frank Falotico, Manalapan; and eight grandchildren. A memorial mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Englishtown.
DOROTHY M. LARSEN GOFF, 72, of Englishtown died Aug. 4 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, Floyd; two sons, Floyd "Butch" and Carl "Sam"; and two grandsons, Shawn and Joseph "Joe Joe" Kulczycki. Surviving are two sons, Floyd Goff Jr. and Jamie Goff, both of Monroe; four daughters, Scarlet Smith of Englishtown, Lynn Kulczycki of Monroe, Dot Dziepak and Colleen Wolack, both of South River; two brothers, Harold Larsen of East Brunswick and Douglas Larsen of Union Beach; a sister, Karen Sorensen of Piscataway; 15 grandchildren; and 10 grandchildren. Services were held at Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home, Milltown. Interment was in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
IDA ITKIND MASLER, 86, of East Brunswick, formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., died July 30 in Sunrise Assisted Living Center, East Brunswick. Her husband, Samuel, died in 2001. Surviving are a son, Steven of Foothill Ranch, Calif.; a daughter, Judith Brodsky of East Brunswick; a sister, Mimi Jacoby of Roslyn, N.Y.; and five grandchildren. Services were held in Florida. Local arrangements were under the direction of Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to any hospice program.
RITA E. ST. PETER MULA, 75, of South River died July 30 in Chandler Convalescent Center, North Hollywood. Her husband, Frank Mula, died in 1977. Surviving are a son, Frank Mula of Sherman Oaks, Calif.; a daughter, Mary Paul of Hillside; a sister, Marie Stanik of South River; and two granddaughters. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, South Brunswick.
ROBERT L. PERRY SR., 60, of the Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge, formerly of Spotswood, died Aug. 1 at home. His wife, Carolyn Perry, died in 1996. Surviving are his companion, Linda S. Gage of the Morgan section of Sayreville; two daughters, Debra J. Perry of Laurence Harbor and Nora L. Schmitz of Old Bridge; a son, Robert L. Perry Jr. of Hazlet; four brothers, Earl Perry and Ronald Perry, both of Spotswood, Raymond Perry of Monroe and James Perry of Piscataway; three sisters, Joyce Ponzio of Windsor, Ruth Ward of Hightstown and Bernice Bennett of Florida; and six grandchildren. RITA E. SANNWALDT, 67, of Milltown died Aug. 4 at home. She was a secretary for the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, for 26 years. Surviving are her husband, Edward Sannwaldt; two sons, Col. Edward Sannwaldt of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and William Sannwaldt of Milltown; two daughters, Kathleen Snodgrass of Warsaw, Mo., and Diana Dadika of Milltown; two sisters, Pat Sheppard and Helen Schwarz, both of North Brunswick; and eight grandchildren. A blessing will be held on Aug. 8 at a time to be announced at the Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown. Interment will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
