Larry Gildenberg deserves support

To the editor:

Aug. 29 is an anniversary in the Gildenberg household; it is the day that we moved to South Brunswick. This is our 41st anniversary — and we thought we’d only be here for 10 years. But we found our town and here we are, still in Kendall Park. Moreover, two of our three married children chose to return to South Brunswick with their families because they to found the town to be the best place. Of course it isn’t perfect- no place is perfect. Through the years we have seen the town grow and change, mostly for the better.
In order to keep South Brunswick growing in the right direction, with parks, controlled building, superior schools, an outstanding library, superior township services, programs for our youth and excellent communication between the population and the governing body, I would urge you to consider carefully the candidates for mayor. As the election season begins after Labor Day, you will read much literature about and meet the candidates. After doing so, I know that you will vote for my husband, Larry Gildenberg.
He is not a career politician, but someone who has the knowledge of South Brunswick, experience in township government and other areas of our town, knows the its pluses and minuses, and has the time, intelligence and heart to help keep South Brunswick a town that reflects the past and reaches to the future.
