Marie L. Zuccato, 73, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Park Place Care Center.
Born in Hoboken, Ms. Zuccato lived in Jersey City for 12 years before moving to Whiting and then Monmouth Junction.
She served as a dental assistant in Union City for 12 years and also did some clerical work for Equitable Life Insurance Co. before retiring in 1989. Ms. Zuccato was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Whiting Post VFW and vice president of the Ceramic Club at Crestwood Village in Whiting. She was a member of St. Cecilia’s R.C. Church and the Senior Citizens Club, both of Monmouth Junction.
Her husband, Albin J., is deceased. She is survived by a son, Gary J. of Vernon; two daughters, Linda Seirfert of Newton and Allison Dramis of Monmouth Junction and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 10, from the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Cecilia’s R.C. Church, Monmouth Junction. Interment followed in Holy Cross Cemetery, No. Arlington.
