Ranieri is the only salesman out of 6,500 Realtors in Monmouth and Ocean counties to attend Wickman’s seminar and receive the 5/50 Award.
In addition to his training with Floyd Wickman, Ranieri also holds the professional designations of Certified Residential Specialist, conferred by the Graduate Realtor Institute; and Master Salesperson. He is also a member of the Residential Sales Council and a member of the Re/Max Children’s Miracle Network Home program.
Ranieri closed more than $31 million in 1999-2001.
His sales performance places him in the top three percent of all sales professionals in the industry.

Regina S. Cunningham, R.N., A.O.C.N., chief nursing officer, director of ambulatory services, and clinical assistant professor at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Brunswick, is the 2002 recipient of the Oncology Nursing Society Pearl Moore Making a Difference Award.
This award recognizes her significant contributions to the oncology nursing profession at the local and regional levels. Cunningham is a resident of Freehold.
Cunningham received a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Philadelphia; a master’s degree from the New York University School of Education, Health Nursing Arts in New York; and a bachelor of science degree from the College of Mount St. Vincent, Riverdale, N.Y.
Peter Pavlides, a resident of Manalapan, was hired recently as a registered representative of New England Financial of New Jersey. The firm, located in Somerville, is associated with New England Financial, a Boston-based financial services company. Pavlides is NASD licensed in securities (series 7, 63 and 55) and life and health insurance.
Jeff Ferdinand of Manalapan has again been awarded the Lincoln-Mercury PSA (Professional Sales Association) Inner Circle Award for being the top sales person in the New York region for 2001. The New York region encompasses more than 100 dealers and 1,000 sales consultants. Ferdinand has been a sales consultant for Irwin Lincoln-Mercury, Routes 9 and 33, Freehold, for the past 15 years.
This year he also was awarded the highest achievement level that can be bestowed on a sales consultant: the Champion’s Club designation. This honor is given to those who achieve the Inner Circle Award at the same dealership for five consecutive years. The Inner Circle Award is an honor reserved for the top 150 Lincoln-Mercury sales consultants in the United States. Ferdinand also was recognized as the top salesperson in the New York region for outstanding sales in the pre-owned category.

New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), Monmouth Chapter, will host a marketing roundtable, "10 Affordable (Cheap) Ways to Market Your Business." The roundtables are a series of workshops designed to provide business owners with a forum where they can bring their marketing problems for discussion.
After the topic is discussed, business owners will have the opportunity to discuss their marketing-related questions and issues, and to brainstorm ideas and obstacles. The meeting will be co-facilitated by Linda Coppolino of Marketing & Design Depot, and Laura Jewell of Jewell Marketing Associates.
