Fire Prevention Expo, Free Barbecue Oct. 13
The Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department, in conjunction with the Northside Engine Company, Tinton Falls, will host a Fire Prevention Expo and Free Barbecue Oct. 13 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The free event will be at the parking lot at White Street, Red Bank. The event is targeted toward children and seniors, and will consist of fire safety demonstrations, giveaways, visits to a smoke-house trailer, and a free barbecue (while supplies last). Red Bank Deborah trip to Atlantic City Oct. 17
The Red Bank Chapter of Deborah will sponsor a bus trip to Bally’s Resort Casino, Atlantic City, Oct. 17 from 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. The bus will depart the Shrewsbury Firehouse. Cost is $16, with a give back of $13.

HABcore’s All Hands
on Deck Oct. 18
HABcore, Red Bank, will hold its fifth annual fund-raiser All Hands on Deck Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at McLoone’s Riverside, Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright. Tickets are $100. The event will feature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and piano music. A live auction will be conducted by news and television personality Chauncey Howell. Gallery’s ‘Peanuts’ show Oct. 19-Nov. 9
Cel-ebration!, 30 Monmouth St., Red Bank, will hold a "Peanuts" art show featuring displays by Charles Schulz Oct. 19-Nov. 9, with partial proceeds benefiting Project Linus NJ. The gallery will also serve as a blanket drop-off site Oct. 26 during Make A Difference Day.
