The Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre
The Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre, East Brunswick, will present Spain and Mexico, a cross-cultural program of the music and dance of Spain and Mexico, at 3 p.m. on Oct. 20 at Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School, 112 Rues Lane, East Brunswick.
The program will demonstrate Spanish music, dance and clothing influences on the indigenous population of Mexico during the colonial period.
Guest artists will be Lisa Botalico, Ricki Santiago, Gisele Saad, Chavela, Carlos Revollar and the Ballet Folklorico Mexicanisimo starring Julie and Janelle Gutierrez and Noe Dominguez.
Tickets cost $18 for general admission, $13 for seniors and students.
