Crystal Springs summer

job expo set for Nov. 30

Crystal Springs Family Aquatic Center, East Brunswick, will hold a summer job expo from 10 a.m. to noon on Nov. 30 at the East Brunswick Division of Parks, 334 Dunhams Corner Road. Interested individuals age 15 (by May 24, 2003) and older are invited.

Applications will be available for summer positions including operations manager, cashier, maintenance attendant, maintenance staff, lifeguard and water attendant.

To be considered for a summer position, applicants should bring two original identification documents, such as a Social Security card, birth certificate, driver’s license or passport.

community blood drive

The township of East Brunswick will sponsor a community blood drive from 3-8 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center.

Monroe Twp. Library

schedules closings

The Monroe Township Library, 4 Municipal Plaza, has announced closings for the Thanksgiving holiday and interior improvements.

Library hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 27. The facility will be closed on Nov. 28 and 29 for the holiday and on Dec. 3, 4, 5 and 6 for the redesign of the library floor plan. For more information, call (732) 521-5000.

Lunch and Learn

scheduled at temple

The Adult Education of Congregation Anshe Emeth of South River will sponsor a Lunch and Learn program with Rabbi Nathan Langer beginning at 9:15 a.m. on Dec. 14 at the temple, 88 Main St.
