Planning, Zoning vacancies filled at Tuesday meeting.

Two vacancies on the Planning Board and three vacancies on the Zoning Board of Adjustment were filled Tuesday night by Township Council in one of its first official acts following its annual reorganization.
Vacancies on several boards and committees that advise Township Council also were filled by the governing body Tuesday.
Township Council also appointed the accounting firm of Druker, Rahl & Fein as the municipal auditors for 2003 at its New Year’s Day reorganization meeting. The firm will be paid $42,500 for auditing the township’s books.
Anthony Watson of Franklin Corner Road and Philip Duran of Keefe Road were appointed to the Planning Board on Tuesday. Mr. Watson was named to a four-year term as a regular member and Mr. Duran was appointed to a two-year term as an alternate member. Mr. Watson’s term will expire in 2006 and Mr. Duran’s term will end in 2004.
At the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Madan Goel of Old Bridle Path and Lisa Hosfield of Tompkins Place were reappointed to four-year terms as regular members, and Darryl Mann of Trafalgar Court was reappointed as an alternate member. The terms of Ms. Hosfield and Mr. Goel will expire in 2006 and Mr. Mann’s term will expire in 2004.
Paul Bannwort of Lawrence Road, Mary Catherine Cook of Valerie Lane and Dennis Waters of Ivy Glen Lane were appointed to three-year terms as regular members on the Affordable Housing Board. Mr. Waters is serving his second term on the board. All terms will end in 2005.
Bernard Lechner of Carson Road and Stanley Rose of Old Bridle Path were reappointed to the Cable Telecommunications Advisory Committee. Their four-year terms will end in 2006.
At the Construction Board of Appeals, Gary Wasko of Barnett Road was reappointed to a four-year term for the architect’s opening. His term will end in 2006.
James Cordingley of Lawrenceville Road and Anne Demarais of Lawn Park Avenue were reappointed to three-year terms on the Greenway Committee. Their terms will expire in 2005.
David Snedeker of Bunker Hill Avenue and Cami Granahan of Roxboro Road were named to three-year terms as Class IV members (interested citizens) on the Growth and Redevelopment Committee. Michael Pratico of Richardson Management Group was named to a three-year term as a Class III member (business people from the private sector). All of the terms end in 2005.
At the Health Advisory Committee, Diane Armington of East Darrah Lane, Dr. Anthony Brickman of Roseberry Court and Mary Beth Smith of Winthrop Road were named to three-year terms, ending in 2005. Dr. Brickman and Ms. Smith were reappointed to the board.
Frances Merritt of Stonicker Drive, Annabelle Radcliffe-Trenner of P.O. Box AP, Princeton, Bonne Rawley of Lewisville, Tahirih Smith of Lawrence Road and Alfredo Trevino of Pin Oak Drive were appointed to the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee. Deborah Walson of Province Line Road was named as an alternate member.
The terms of Ms. Radcliffe-Trenner, Ms. Rawley, Ms. Smith, Mr. Trevino and Ms. Walson expire in 2006, and Ms. Merritt’s term ends in 2004.
Rich McLaughlin of Merritt Drive was named to a three-year term on the Human Relations Committee, expiring in 2005.
Susan Herrmann of Allwood Drive was reappointed to the Municipal Alliance on Drug and Alcohol Abuse as a Class III member (interested citizen) for a two-year term, ending in 2004.
At the Open Space Advisory Committee, Laurie Emde of Merritt Drive and John Emmons of Shirley Lane were appointed to three-year terms. Their posts will expire in 2005.
C. Lind Aitken of Gordon Avenue, John P. Oakley Jr. of Ketterer Court and Joseph Russo of Hopkins Drive were reappointed to two-year terms on the Public Safety Advisory Committee. Their terms will end in 2004.
At the Recreation Advisory Committee, George Ferenchick of Green Avenue, Jill Posluszny of Karena Lane and Sigmund Zegarski of Vanderveer Drive were reappointed to three-year terms, ending 2005.
John Conroy of Lakedale Drive and Janet Manfredi-Thannery of Harvest Lane were named to the Route 1 Redevelopment Committee for three-year terms ending in 2005. Ms. Manfredi-Thannery was reappointed to the board.
Helen Knobl of Round Tree Place, David Majofsky of Surrey Drive, George Scaramell of Franklin Corner Road and Bertha Segal of Princeton Pike were named to the Senior Executive Committee for four-year terms, ending in 2006. Ms. Segal was reappointed to the board.
And Pamela Tappen of Franklin Corner Road was reappointed to a three-year term on the Shade Tree Advisory Committee, expiring in 2005.
