Barlow
   MANASQUAN — Elizabeth C. (Betty) Barlow, 85, died on Tuesday at the home of her daughter and son-in-law.
   Born in Freehold she was a resident of Cranbury for more than 60 years.
   A longtime member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church of Hightstown, Mrs. Barlow served as registrar of vital statistics and secretary of the Cranbury Board of Taxation for more than eight years.
   Mrs. Barlow took over the position upon the death of her late husband, Robert S. Barlow Sr. in July of 1961.
   Daughter of the late George A. and Nellie McCormick, grandmother of the late Robert Michael Hope; sister of the late John F. and Warren G. McGackin, Juanita Updike, Helen Hand and Margarette Peggy Mackevich, all of whom resided in Freehold, she is survived by six children and their spouses, Barry G. and Lorraine Barlow of East Windsor, Robert S. Jr. and Linda Barlow of Nanuet, N.Y., Brent and Carolyn Barlow of Cranbury, and Bonnie J. and James A. Hope of Manasquan; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Hightstown.
   Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery, Allentown.
   Friends may call today, Friday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the church, a Christian Wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
   Contributions may be made in her memory to St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Franklin Street, Hightstown.
Carmen Vetick
   HIGHTSTOWN — Carmen Vetick, 60, died Tuesday at home.
   Born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, she was the daughter of Ruth and Kurt Kosack and resided in Hightstown for the last 10 years.
   Ms. Vetick attended Hightstown High School and completed school in Poitiers, France. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, a devoted gardener and world traveler.
   She was formerly employed by Mom’s Peppermill Restaurant where she worked for 25 years, and she had worked for Conair Corporation for the last 15 years.
   She is survived by her husband Donald J. Vetick and his children and grandchildren; a daughter and son-in-law, Cathleen R. and Robert Weber; a son and daughter-in-law, David W. and Laura Dey; one sister, Dagmar Rutzen; five grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
   A memorial service will held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Gold Room of the First Baptist Church of Hightstown, 125 S. Main Street, Hightstown.
   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either American Cancer Society, Disabled American Veterans, Hightstown First Aid Squad or the Hightstown Fire Department.
Louise Cuomo

Vacca
   MONROE TOWNSHIP — Louise Cuomo Vacca, 84, of the Rossmoor Section of Monroe Township, died Jan. 2 at her residence.
   She was born in Long Island, N.Y., and was a lifelong resident of Hightstown before moving to Rossmoor in 1984.
   Mrs. Vacca retired from McGraw-Hill Inc. of East Windsor in 1983 with 17 years of service. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Altar-Rosary Society, the Anthonians, and the Italian-American Club of Rossmoor.
   She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Michael Vacca; four daughters and sons-in-law, Marie Vacca and James Brennan of Coral Gables, Fla., Elaine Vacca of Fairfield, Conn., Janice M. and Ted Grover of Princeton Junction, and Michelle V. and Joseph Conrad of Warren; two brothers, Joseph Krain of Denver, Colo., and Thomas Cuomo of Bedford Hills, N.Y.; a sister, Elena Coppa of Elizabeth; and seven grandchildren, Michael, Katherine, Emily, Amanda, Matthew, Nicholas and Jenny Rose.
   The Funeral Liturgy was celebrated Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 251 Franklin St., Hightstown.
   Burial was in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Freehold.
   Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, c/o Graduate Parkinson Disease Center, 1800 Lombard St., Suite 900, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
   Arrangements were by Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown.

Cora M. Parks

   LAKEWOOD — Cora M. Parks, 70, died Jan. 3, at The Leisure Chateau Care Center in Lakewood.
   Born in Trenton, she lived in Lakewood for four years and formerly was a resident of Mt. Holly, New Egypt and Clarksburg.
   She was a retired inspector for Sunoco Engraph in Hightstown.
   Mrs. Parks was a former member of the DeBow United Methodist Church in Jackson.
   She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Susan and Joseph Havens of Wrightstown, Debra Good of Mt. Holly, and Cynthia and Thomas Emery of New Egypt; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Laurie Brindley of Allentown; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held from the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt with the Rev. Horace Frantz, officiating.
   Interment was in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
