HILLSBOROUGH
Ken Worden and Mark Green, Broker/Owners of Century 21 Worden & Green, have announced that Linda Dawson of the Hillsborough office has already achieved Centurion status for 2002, the highest level of recognition awarded to top producing sales associates in the CENTURY 21 system.
To be considered for Centurion status, a sales associate must achieve a minimum of $175,000 in gross closed commissions or 60 award units within a calendar year. About 2 percent of the 70,000 sales associates in the CENTURY 21 system achieve this honor. These individuals have demonstrated a commitment to quality service, as well as pride in the profession and the position they hold within their local community.
Ms. Dawson, a Century 21 Centurion for 2001 and a New Jersey Million Dollar Club Silver Associate, has over 23 years of real estate experience in central New Jersey. Her experience is very diverse, having been involved in all aspects of residential marketing and sales, as well as land acquisition and subdivisions, bank owned properties and new construction.
According to Mark Green, Ms. Dawson provides a high level of service to her clients, working each transaction through to a satisfactory closing.
"We are very proud of Linda and her achievements," stated Ken Worden. "Her dedication and strong work ethic is demonstrated by the care she gives to her clients. She is deserving of the Centurion Award and we all congratulate Linda and her achievement."
