   Police said Carl Gosizk, 38, of Burlington City, was charged with two counts of burglary, theft and criminal mischief after a brief foot chase on Burlington-Columbus Road where two houses were robbed on Jan. 17.
   Police said officers responding to a report of a possible burglary in progress at 1:15 p.m. on Burlington-Columbus Road saw Mr. Gosizk at the rear of a residence and told him to stop.
   Police said Mr. Gosizk ran through the house and was met at the front door by Sgt. Michael Cipriano.
   Police said two houses on the street had been burglarized and a total of $10,000 worth of jewelry and watches were recovered.
   Police said bail for Mr. Gosizk was set at $50,000 for the burglary, theft and criminal mischief charges.
   Police said he was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court in Philadelphia, for which an additional $5,000 bail was set.
   He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail after failing to post bail, said police.
