   FLORENCE — Carol Ann Cordes (Jetter), 57, of Florence died Feb. 2 at Lourdes Medical center in Willingboro.
   Born in Allentown, she resided all of her life in the area.
   She was a member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and was a former member of the Johnson Memorial Cadets.
   The sister of the late Edgar Nugent III, she is survived by a daughter, Patricia Ann Cordes of Florence; a son and daughter-in-law, Harry Jr. and Tina Cordes of Delran, mother and step-father, Ruth And Edgar Nugent of Hedding; father and step-mother, Henry and Beatrice Jetter of Hamilton; brothers, Bruce and Michael Jetter; sisters Ruth Grams, Linda Gater, Joan Dewson and Doris Ash; grandchildren Harry, Jacob and Steven Cordes; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services will be Feb. 7 at 11a.m. from the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown with burial to follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Florence Township.
   Calling hours will be Feb. 6 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Florence M. Mumford

   FLORENCE — Florence M. Mumford, 87, died Feb. 2 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, after a battle with cancer.
   She was born in Florence and was a lifelong resident.
   In her younger years, she was employed at General Motors in Ewing Township, and later as the manager of the Lamp Post Clothing Store in Florence for many years before becoming a homemaker.
   She was an active member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Florence and a member of St. Ann’s Guild of the church, treasurer and member of the church Altar Guild until the time of her death, and a former Vestry board member.
   She also was a founding member of the Good Neighbor’s Senior Citizen Club of Florence and a member of the JAR Sr. Citizen’s Club of Roebling.
   She also was a member of the Florence American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Unit 194 and a volunteer of Virtua Hospital in Mr. Holly.
   Daughter of the late Carlo and Rosa Bresciani Frappolli, sister of the late Nick, Pete, Bardy and John Frappolli, and the late Anna Marini, Verna Smith, Mary Tobias, Margaret Dutko and Viola Pettit, wife of the late George Mumford, and stepmother of the late Jack Mumford of Burlington, she is survived by a daughter-in-law, Carol Peterson Mumford of California; three grandchildren, Vanessa Mumford, Leslie Avery and Jacar Mumford; six great-grandchildren, all of California; a sister, Ida Manes of Burlington; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
   Burial office and requiem will be held Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 2nd and Spring streets, Florence.
   Friends and relatives may call on Feb. 6 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at The Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front Street, Florence.
   Officiating at the services will be Canon James Purdy and Rev. Barbara Harris.
   Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Florence.

Albert W. Blakeslee Jr.

   FLORENCE — Albert W. Blakeslee Jr., 41, of Roebling died Feb. 2 at his home.
   Born in Trenton he had resided all of his life in the area.
   He was a construction laborer and a member of American Legion Post #194.
   He was active in both Little League and girls’ softball and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR fan along with being a supporter of the Florence Flashes.
   He is survived by his Wife, Melanie, a son, Albert III, daughters Kristy, Jamie and Stefanie; mother and step-father, Irene and Earl Weakland of Dushore, Pa.; father and step-mother, Albert, Sr. and Clara Blakeslee of Roebling; brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Mitzi Carroll of Bordentown; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marion and Jim Roberts of Willingboro, Grace and Steve Archer of Bordentown, Polly and Richard Smith of Freeport, Maine, Nay and Max Burress of Bordentown and Peanut and George Dixon of Bordentown; mother-in-law Doris Allen of Bordentown; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John and Donna Poinsett of Deptford and Michael and Charlotte Allen of Bordentown; a granddaughter, Amber Quillen; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
   The funeral will be Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. from the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown with cremation to be at the convenience of the family.
   Calling hours will be from 6 p.m. until the time of the service on Feb. 7.

Joseph C. Rachas

   FLORENCE — Joseph C. Rachas, 85, of Roebling died Jan. 28 at Virtua Health & Rehab Center in Lumberton.
   Born in East St. Louis, Ill., he lived in Roebling for the last 56 years.
   Mr. Rachas retired 27 years ago as a tool and die maker for General Motors, in Ewing Township, after 34 years service.
   He was an Army veteran of WWII, a member of Holy Assumption Church in Roebling, an exempt member of the Florence Vol. Fire Co. #2, member of the Florence American Legion Post #194 and the Roebling VFW Post #8838.
   He also enjoyed gardening and raising rabbits for many years.
   Husband of the late Barbara Millerline Rachas and brother of the late Walter Rachas and the late Anne Griffey, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Victoria and Jack Jobes of Roebling and Joanne and Dan Boyle of Florence; two sisters, Pearl Matusyznski and Sophie LeMay; two brothers, Tony Rachas and John Rachas, all of Illinois; four grandchildren, Tracey Trasp, Jennifer Ritacco, Brian Boyle and Barbara Boyle; and three great-grandchildren, Shayne, Kaitlin and Stacy.
   Funeral services were held at the Dennison Funeral Home, Florence.
   Interment was at the Holy Assumption Cemetery.
   Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Holy Assumption Church Security and Stability Fund.
Charles A. Harker

   SPRINGFIELD — Charles A. Harker, 88, died Jan. 28 at the Buttonwood Hospital in New Lisbon.
   Mr. Harker was born in Juliustown and was a lifetime resident.
   He was a retired inspector with U.S. Pipe in Burlington and also was a farmer.
   Brother of the late Dorothy Stoney, Evelyn Horner and Norman Harker, he is survived by a sister, Ethel Smith of Mt. Holly and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt. The Rev. Bill Keene officiated.
   Interment was at the Juliustown Methodist Cemetery in Juliustown.
