POLICE BLOTTER

   Estaban Miranda Cruz, 25, of Somerville was charged with disorderly conduct outside of a South Main Street restaurant at 12:03 a.m. Feb. 10.
   He was taken to Somerset County Jail in Somerville in default of $1,000 cash-only bail.
   Police arrived at Mi Casita after a caller reported that Mr. Cruz was acting in an unruly manner.

Christopher B. Riley, 20, of Dunellen and two juveniles were charged with shoplifting $141 in merchandise from Wal-Mart on North Main Street at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 9.
   Mr. Riley received $1,300 cash-only bail with no 10 percent and the juveniles were turned over to an adult police deemed responsible to handle them.
   Wal-Mart recovered the items.

An unconscious woman at the Rustic Mall was taken by ambulance to the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville at 1:28 a.m. Feb. 9.
   Police said she was intoxicated.

Robert Felegi, 44, of Huff Avenue was taken into custody on a child support warrant.
   Police found Mr. Felegi at a South Main Street location at 3 a.m. Feb. 9. He was taken to Somerset County Jail in Somerville in lieu of bail, which was equal to the amount he owed his ex-wife. Police did release the amount.
   He was later taken for evaluation to Somerset Medical Center in Somerville by the county sheriff’s officers.

Three juveniles were charged with breaking the 10 p.m. borough curfew enforced on minors.
   The manager of Quick Chek on Brooks Boulevard reported the juveniles, who were found at 11:16 p.m. Feb. 8 on an access road behind Manville Masons.
   Police siad one was intoxicated and was taken to Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. The others were turned over to their parents.

A South Fifth Avenue resident reported property damage at 12:36 p.m. Feb. 8.
   A glass cabinet, located in an unlocked basement, was smashed and the resident’s 1997 Toyota Avalon was scratched.
   The victim, who has since left the residence, did not know the times of the incidents but did give police the name of a suspect.

Chester R. Owsik Jr., 42, of Florence Court was charged with domestic violence and criminal mischief at 7:46 a.m. Feb. 8.
   After receiving a 911 call, police charged Mr. Owsik, who was taken to Somerset County Jail in Somerville in lieu of $1,000 cash bail with no 10 percent payment.

Damon L. Krajdovski, 28, of Somerville was charged with domestic assault at 1:42 a.m. Feb. 8 on South Main Street and West Camplain Road. He was taken to Somerset County Jail in Somerville in lieu of $1,500 cash-only bail with no 10 percent.

Michael Gill, 25, of Hillsborough was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:31 a.m. Feb. 8 at the Manville Diner on South Main Street.
   Police allege Mr. Gill was involved in a verbal and physical argument with another individual, who was not charged. Mr. Gill posted $1,500 in cash and was released.

Jeff Millhouse of West Frech Avenue and Ronald Totten of Raritan, both 18, were charged with shoplifting $3.95 in merchandise from Quick Chek on Brooks Boulevard.
   Mr. Totten posted $1,500 bail and Mr. Millhouse was taken to Somerset County Jail in Somerville in lieu of the same bail.
