Double Exposure Telecom opens in Oceanport

Oceanport resident Phil Heinle recently opened his Oceanport-based business, Double Exposure Telecom. The telecommunications business is designed to assist both residential and commercial customer service, and relocate and maintain older phone systems from one to 100 lines.

Prior to opening the firm, Heinle worked in telecommunications for 22 years, most recently as a senior PBX analyst for net2phone, Newark. An avid motorcyclist, his firm also has another division, Double Exposure Motorcycle. He plans to buy classic motorcycles and restore and recycle them, according to Heinle.

A former professional photographer for various newspapers and studios during and after college, Heinle will use his knowledge of cameras and interest in photography for the firm’s Double Exposure Photography division. He has experience with cameras such as Nikon, Canon and Rolleis, as well as SLRs, TLRs and Rangefinders.

Local attorney selected for ‘Best Lawyers’

The Woodbridge law firm of Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer has announced that firm shareholder Morris Brown of Ocean Township has been selected for The Best Lawyers in America. Attorneys selected for The Best Lawyers are chosen through a rigorous peer review-based evaluation, according to the press release from the law firm.

Brown concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, with an emphasis in automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, professional malpractice, product liability and workplace injury.

He received his juris doctor degree from Harvard College, Cambridge, Mass. He was admitted to the New Jersey U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in 1956; and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1978.

Videre Group expands consulting division

The Videre Group, Eatontown, is expanding its consulting arm, Videre Consulting LLP, to be led by David Rubin and Peter Minck, formerly principals with Don Aux Associates.

The Videre Group has also announced that its human resources director, Amy C. Serin, recently earned certification as a professional in human resources (PHR).

The certification is awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute and signifies Serin possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass an exam demonstrating a mastery of the body of knowledge in the field.
