Orleans Homebuilders’ Delancey Place earns Community of the Year accolade

Evesham community beat the competition in the "Best Attached Home Under $200,000" category

   Orleans Homebuilders’ Delancey Place received the prestigious "Community of the Year — Best Attached Community" at the recent Builders League of South Jersey MAME Awards. The community, located in Evesham, beat the competition in the "Best Attached Home Under $200,000" category. The Oakmont Deluxe model also was awarded "Best Attached Home" in the Product Design category.
   The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) are presented annually by the Sales and Marketing Council of BLSJ to new homebuilders and associates in allied fields within the industry. The Community of the Year Award is given to communities that exhibit excellence in product design and appropriateness to its target market.

A wide variety of floorplans at Delancey Place allows homebuyers from all stages of life to find a home that meets their needs. Floorplans offer from two bedrooms and 1 ½ baths, up to three bedrooms and 2½ baths, eat-in kitchens, living rooms, and dining rooms. Basements are available on some homes.

   Orleans Homebuilders also offers three mortgage programs that help homebuyers become homeowners at Delancey Place.
