In the Jan. 3 issue of the "Register" there appeared an article entitled "Bonaparte Park to the Restored" copied from the New York Herald.
To one having a truthful knowledge of the old Park and conversant with the history of the remarkable family, taken as a whole the article in question is decidedly misleading. Imagination is allowed full rein and the evident lack of knowledge, both of an historical nature and otherwise, makes the whole subject matter appear ridiculous.
