Police were called to the game room of the Petro Truck Stop on Rising Sun Road on Jan. 29 at 7:30 a.m. on report of a theft of coins from the video game machines.
TD Rowe Amusements owns the machines. The truck stop employee told police he heard a noise in the game room and discovered that the machines had been entered, police said.
The locks had been cut off of the Golden Tee, Beachhead and Trophy Hunter games and the coins had been taken, police said.
The employee discovered that the locks were also gone and that no one was in the game room.
Petro employees said there are security cameras in the game room and said the tapes would be turned over to police.
   This investigation is still active.

On Jan. 23, Michael J. Bray Jr., 42, of Lawrenceville was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Police said Mr. Bray was traveling on Route 130 south in the right lane at a high speed in his 1985 Oldsmobile. The officer paced Mr. Bray at between 65 and 70 mph, police said.
As Mr. Bray approached the intersection at Burlington Road, he drifted out of the right lane and on to the shoulder, police said. The officer then activated his lights, signaling Mr. Bray to pull over.
The officer could smell alcohol on Mr. Bray’s breath , police said, and also noticed that his speech was slow and slurred.
The officer asked Mr. Bray to exit the vehicle, which he ignored, continuing to search for his identification, police said. The officer repeated the request approximately nine times before he complied.
Mr. Bray was issued summonses for refusal to submit to a breath test, not wearing a seat belt, reckless driving, speeding, disregard of marked lanes, for having an uninsured motor vehicle, and for having controlled dangerous substances in a motor vehicle. He was held until he was sober, according to the police report.
