Sharon Silverstein is earning a reputation
as an inspirational songwriter and performer
Hillsborough folk-rock singer/songwriter Sharon Silverstein is creating a "buzz" as an emerging and talented female artist, and has several performances scheduled near her home for those who haven’t heard her.
Ms. Silverstein’s voice has been hailed as "inspirational," and her music addresses issues concerning the search for inner peace. Her own compositions written in a folk-rock style will highlight upcoming performances at the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health in Skillman and local Borders Book Stores.
The Princeton Center For Yoga And Health performance is set for 8:30 p.m., Feb. 28, at the center located in the Montgomery Professional Center, 50 Vreeland Dr., Suite 506, Skillman.
Accompanying Ms. Silverstein will be Jacques Chancyon saxophone, percussionist Joe Mathai, Scott McIntyre on bass guitar and pianist Clarence Watson.
Ms. Silverstein will also perform at the Bridgewater Borders Books and Music Café at 8 p.m., March 14. An April event at the Princeton Borders has also been scheduled.
