The American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days returns to central New Jersey this month bringing the gifts of hope and support to local cancer patients. Volunteers are needed to sell daffodils, the spring flower of hope, in their company, school, church or community organizations. Proceeds from Daffodil Days support the American Cancer Society’s life-saving programs.
Fresh-cut bunches of 10 daffodils are still only $7, while the official Daffodil Days Vase is just $8. One of last year’s best selling items, Daffodil Days Potted Flowers are $10, and the very popular Gift of Hope, a fresh-cut daffodil bunch with vase delivered to a health care facility designated by the American Cancer Society, is $20.
Each item is a great way to celebrate hope and show your support for the fight against cancer.
Advance orders will be taken until March 7. Daffodils will be available for pick-up during the week of March 24 at the Princeton Flower Shop, 231 Bakers Basin Rd., Lawrence. Free delivery is available for orders of $100 or more.
