Lambertville

   Christine Carpini, 24, of Toms River was arrested on an outstanding warrant Feb. 2 at 2 a.m.
   Police said she was stopped at the intersection of Route 29 and Mt. Hope Street for improper safety glass and tinted windows.
   She was released after posting $278 bail for a warrant out of Upper Freehold Township Municipal Court.
   Feb. 11 at 8:30 a.m., Shelly Funderburg, 41, of Trenton was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
   Police stopped her at the Lambertville Flea Market for going 60 mph in a 40-mph zone on Route 29.
   She posted $156 bail for an active bench warrant from Trenton. A warrant also was outstanding from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court.
   She was charged with speeding and released to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
   Feb. 15 at about 8:30 p.m., Joseph Eagleeye, 37, of Lambertville was charged with drunken driving.
   Police said Hunterdon County Communications received a cellphone call of a possible intoxicated driver traveling south on Route 179 toward Lambertville. Police waited for the driver who they said was traveling slower than the posted 25 mph speed, and crossing over the double yellow no-passing lines.
   The vehicle was stopped on Delaware Avenue.
   Mr. Eagleeye also was charged with careless driving and released to a friend.
   David Marshall, 27, of Morrisville, Pa., was charged with drunken driving Feb. 15 at 11:40 p.m.
   Police said they saw his vehicle traveling both southbound lanes of Route 29 near Mt. Hope Street. The vehicle straddled the white lane dividers, police said, and finally was stopped at Valley Road, Hopewell Township,
   Mr. Marshall said he could not find a safe place to pull over, police said.
   An open bottle of vodka was found on the back seat of the vehicle in a brown paper bag, police said.
   He also was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving and consumption of alcoholic beverage in a vehicle. He was released to a friend.
   Friday, Feb. 14, at 5 a.m., police arrested Stephen Gould, 41, of Pt. Pleasant, Pa., on an outstanding warrant.
   Police said they were called to 13 Church St. for a male sleeping in a hallway. Police found an active bench warrant issued by Hunterdon County Superior Court for contempt. Also, an existing ATS warrant was found for $36 from Frenchtown Court.
   Mr. Gould posted bail for $36. The Hunterdon County Sheriff s Department transported Mr. Gould to Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of bail.
   Stephen M. Compton, 27, of 1443 Route 179, West Amwell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Bethlehem (Pa.) Joint Court.
   Mr. Compton turned himself in at 8:30 p.m. Friday and released after posting $69 bail.
   Richard Cason, 33, of 184 York St., Lambertville, was arrested Saturday on an outstanding warrant from Lambertville Municipal Court.
   He was arrested on South Main Street near Swan Street at 10:20 p.m.
   He was released after posting $96 bail.
New Hope

   Feb. 13, Justin Dailey Lesnik, 19, with no known address, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Route 179 at Riverstone Circle after police received a report a robbery had just occurred at the Buckingham Wawa store.
   After receiving a description of the vehicle, police monitoring traffic in the area of routes 202 and 179 saw a vehicle fitting that description going east on Route 179. Mr. Lesnik was detailed until the victim could identify him. He was released to Buckingham Township Police.
   Feb. 14, Christopher D. Hudson, 42, of North Sugan Road, Solebury Township, was charged at 4:10 a.m. with drunken driving after police received a report of a vehicle stuck in the Delaware Canal between West Mechanic and West Ferry streets.
   Mr. Hudson’s vehicle entered the canal in the area of the West Bridge Street apartments and proceeded south until his Jeep could not fit through the aqueduct over Ingham Creek.
   Feb. 13, Daniel M. Aster, 22, of Upper York Road, New Hope, was charged with drunken driving after police received a report of an accident in the area of South Sugan Road in the area of West Mechanic Street.
