We had the pleasure of having the opportunity to "Meet the Mayor" last week. We were pleased to be able to meet Mayor Michael Kafton in an informal and personal setting and felt very comfortable voicing our concerns.
Those concerns were promptly addressed.
We would also like to express our support of the proposed community center.
We are senior citizens who believe that what is good for the community is good for its residents.
We urge everyone to take the opportunity to meet with the mayor individually to learn more about the issues that affect us all.
