Senior Menus

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 3 — Seafood bisque, veal parmesan, baked potato, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and pears. Site meeting.
   Friday, April 4 — Apple juice, cheese omelet with salsa, hash browns, mixed vegetables, citrus sections, raisin bread and crumb cake. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 5 — Cranapple juice, chicken salad, rye bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, black-and-white cookie and milk.
   Sunday, April 6 — Pineapple juice, roast beef, wheat bread, potato salad, fruit, peanut butter bar and milk.
   Monday, April 7 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, mashed potatoes, wax beans, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and rice pudding. Bingo.
   Tuesday, April 8 — Blended juice, Swedish meatballs, pasta spirals, beets, cottage cheese with fruit, pumpernickel bread and angel food cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, April 9 — Cabbage soup, roast pork with gravy, sweet potato, peas, applesauce with cinnamon, rye bread and spice cake. Bingo,
