Society of CPAs offers aid to military families

The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) wishes to inform spouses of members of the military that help is available for household finances, savings strategies, tax filings and other monetary tasks, if the spouse is assigned to active duty.

The New Jersey CPA Help Center, established shortly after the 9/11 attacks, is a pro bono program of the NJSCPA. Center volunteers assist with budgeting, developing a long-term savings strategy, and other financial issues.
