Bordentown City
   Fred Walsh, 36, of Bordentown City, was arrested on an outstanding Pennsylvania warrant after police saw him walking through a Spring Street parking lot at 12:38 a.m. April 14, police said.
   Police said Mr. Walsh was staggering and had difficulty maintaining his balance. Police said a routine check revealed that Mr. Walsh was a fugitive out of Pennsylvania, wanted for violation of parole, criminal trespassing and driving while intoxicated.
   Police said he was transported to Burlington County Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.
Florence
   A white, four-door 1992 Cadillac DeVille was stolen from the used car lot of Van Huff Motors on Route 130 between 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 19 and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
   Police said the stolen car’s front hubcap was missing on the driver’s side and that the car had some rust spots and some chipped paint on the hood.
Bordentown Township
   Following a traffic stop on Route 130 April 14, Daryl Lewis, 47, of Trenton was charged with being a fugitive, possession of a controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia, and Ricardo Hunt, 45, also of Trenton, was charged with possession of a fraudulent insurance card, police said.
   Police said Mr. Hunt, the driver, and Mr. Lewis, were pulled over at 9:53 a.m. for having an "equipment violation" and for using license plates registered to another vehicle.
   A check of Mr. Lewis’ identification revealed that he was in Mercer County for domestic violence and in Bucks County, Pa., for retail theft, according to police reports. Police also said they found two syringes and two used paper wrappers with heroine residue on them in Mr. Lewis’ front pants pocket. They also found a small opened bottle of alcohol in his coat pocket, police said.
   Police said Mr. Hunt provided officers with a forged laminated temporary Allstate Insurance card. Officers observed that the vehicle information and policy date on the card had been altered and asked Mr. Hunt if he had altered them. Mr. Hunt responded that he had, police said.
   A check of Mr. Hunt’s identification revealed that he had a suspended license and two outstanding traffic warrants issued by Springfield Township for $706 and Trenton for $197, police said.
   In addition, an open container of alcohol was found under the passenger seat in plain view, police said. Mr. Hunt told police the bottle was his, police said.
   Bail for Mr. Lewis was set at $5,000 for the Bucks County, Pa. warrant, and officials in Mercer County were notified that he would be taken to the Burlington County Jail.
   Mr. Hunt was also issued summonses for having a cracked windshield, a fake license plate, no insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, a suspended driver’s license, and possession of an open container.
   He was then turned over to Springfield Township police.

Joseph Blicharski, 20, of Willingboro, was charged with receiving stolen property following a traffic stop at 2:29 p.m. April 15, police said.
   Police said they saw Mr. Blicharski driving south on Route 130 near Dunns Mill Road without registration stickers on the license plate. A check of the plate revealed that the car was reported stolen out of Willingboro Township on April 14.
   There were two passengers in the car with Mr. Blicharski. All were taken into custody without incident, police said.
   Mr. Blicharski told police he was able to take the car, which belongs to his stepmother, because she leaves her keys in the ignition, according to police. He and a female friend took the car to Cinnaminson Township and slept in it in a parking lot, police said.
   In the morning, Mr. Blicharski dropped the friend off and was driving around when he met the two passengers in Bordentown City, police said. They offered him $5 to take them to Florence Township.
   Neither of the passengers were charged by Bordentown police. One was let go and the other was taken to Beverly City on an outstanding $1,000 warrant.
   Mr. Blicharski was released on his own recognizance.

Terry Lemon, 68, of Trenton, was charged with hindering apprehension and turned over to Trenton police on outstanding warrants at 12:43 a.m. April 17, police said.
   Police were responding to a reports that Mr. Lemon and his girlfriend were having an argument at the rear of the parking lot of the Econo Lodge located on Routes 130 and 206. Officers asked Mr. Lemon for his identification, but he said he didn’t have any, police said. He gave them the name of Naeem S. Clark, police said. Mr. Lemon’s girlfriend, whose name was not released, told police that he was lying and gave them his real name, police said.
   Mr. Lemon was turned over to the Trenton Police Department on outstanding warrants.
