Senior Menus-May 8

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, May 8 — Orange juice, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, whole baby carrots, three-bean salad, six-grain bread and chocolate ice cream. Shopping.
   Friday, May 9 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with sauce, herbed spinach, tossed salad, Italian bread and fruit cocktail. Bingo.
   Saturday, May 10 — Cranapple juice, chicken salad, rye bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, oatmeal cookies and milk.
   Sunday, May 11 — Blended juice, roast beef, wheat bread, pasta and vegetable salad, fruit, apple pocket and milk.
   Monday, May 12 — Apple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs in sauce, Italian green beans, Italian vegetable salad, dinner roll and grapes. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 13 — Beef barley soup, chicken filet, hot potato salad, peas and carrots, minced coleslaw, hamburger bun and plums. Cards.
   Wednesday, May 14 — Pineapple juice, meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced beets, cottage cheese and peach, pumpernickel bread and brownie. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 15 — Minestrone soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, applesauce with cinnamon, rye bread and berries with topping. Shopping and Chris Stevens.
