Peter P. Sannino of Princeton died Sunday at home. He was 82.
Born in Princeton, he was a lifetime resident of Princeton.
He was the proprietor of Sannino Plumbing and Heating Contractors, which he founded in 1946.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he served in the Atlantic theater of operations.
He was a member and usher of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. He was also a member of both the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Princeton.
Son of the late Jiro and Vincenza Sannino, he is survived by brother Frank J. Sannino of Princeton; nephews Mark A. Sannino of Princeton and William Sannino of Frenchtown; nieces Sandra Morreale of Pennington and Terri Hoschek of Ewing; one great-niece and two great-nephews.
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Kimble Funeral Home, 1 Hamilton Ave., Princeton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
