Senior Menus-May 15

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, May 15 — Minestrone soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, applesauce with cinnamon, rye bread and berries with topping. Shopping and Chris Stevens.
   Friday, May 16 — Cranapple juice, sliced turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, fruited gelatin salad, six-grain bread and black-and-white cookie. Bingo.
   Saturday, May 17 — Orange juice, egg salad, Kaiser roll, cucumber and onion salad, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, May 18 — Pineapple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, minced coleslaw, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, May 19 — Cranapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, cauliflower with cheese, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 20 — Pineapple juice, beef tips with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, mandarin oranges, six-grain bread and rice pudding. Fire drill.
   Wednesday, May 21 — Apple juice, garlic chicken breast, mashed potatoes, whole baby carrots, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and cream puff. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 22 — Chicken orzo soup, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, yellow squash, tossed salad, dinner roll and melon. Shopping.
