Richard Allcroft, 37, and Shannon Miller, 31, both of Eves Drive, were each charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia on May 1.
Ms. Miller was additionally charged with obstruction of justice.
According to police, Mr. Allcroft and Ms. Miller were charged at approximately 11 p.m. after police stopped the two in the parking lot of their residence on an unrelated matter.
A subsequent investigation concluded that Mr. Allcroft and Ms. Miller were in possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
Ms. Miller was charged with obstruction of justice for giving a false name to the officer questioning them.

A Hollow Oak Court resident reported at approximately 8:45 a.m. May 10, that his son’s bicycle had been stolen.
According to a police report, the resident said his son’s $150, black and white, Mongoose bicycle was stolen sometime between the evening of May 6 and the morning of May 7.
The bicycle had been left unsecured outside the family’s house.

A Dow Drive resident reported at approximately 7:30 a.m. May 10 that his home had been vandalized several hours earlier.
According to a police report, the house had been pelted with eggs and fecal matter had been smeared over the front door of the home. A dead possum was also found lying on the front steps of the home. The resident said he believes the vandalism occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m., when he was awoken by loud barking from his dog.
The resident’s wife said she saw two men running away from the house moments after the dog began barking. She was unable to make out a description of the fleeing individuals though. The resident was unable to provide the names of any suspects for the vandalism.
No permanent damage was caused to the home.
