New Jersey is a state with its share of problems. One big problem in New Jersey is auto insurance, especially for young people.
Many people think since young drivers are inexperienced they are bad drivers. However that claim is false. Young drivers are some of the best drivers on the road and they should not have to pay high car insurance due to their experience.
Only proven bad drivers should have to pay high car insurance, not young drivers who drive well.
The United States of America is a country whose legal system is based on innocence until proven guilty. The New Jersey auto insurance system is the complete opposite. They increase payments for younger drivers that may someday be guilty of poor driving.
The younger drivers that drive well should not be reprimanded. A newly licensed driver is innocent when they get their license. Whatever future events occur should determine the driver’s insurance payments.
There are many bad younger drivers on the road. They are the ones who should pay high car insurance. Not the younger drivers with a clean slate. Older drivers with a lot of tickets and accidents pay higher insurance.
However, an older driver with a clean slate pays less insurance. This is how it should be for everyone.
Young drivers are getting robbed through insurance companies. It is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. The insurance system is very age discriminatory. The younger one is, the more they pay. Ability has nothing to do with it.
First-rate drivers of any age should be awarded by paying less auto insurance regardless of age.
