Peter W. Davis and Stanley J. Koreyva Jr. have been named to the board of directors of Amboy National Bank, Old Bridge. The new appointments bring the total number of board members to eight.
Davis, a resident of Rahway, joined the bank in 1998. In his position as senior vice president and senior lending officer, he oversees the bank’s lending functions. A trustee and past president of the Union County Chapter of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, he also serves on the Business and Industry Committee of the Eastern Division of the American Cancer Society. He is a vice president of the Old Bridge Economic Development Corp.
Koreyva, who joined Amboy Bank in 1990, is a resident of Sea Girt. He holds the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer. In his current role he has overall responsibly for the bank’s accounting and investment activities, asset/liability management and facilities. Koreyva serves as treasurer of the Spring Lake/Sea Girt Little League.
