Helen B. Fischer, 90, of Cranbury, died Tuesday, May 13, at Cranbury Health and Rehabilitation Center in Monroe.
Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Cranbury most of her life. She was employed for many years at the Hightstown Diner. Ms. Fischer was a member of St. Anthony’s R.C. Church in Hightstown.
Her husband, George M. Fischer, her sister, Anne Crilley, her brothers, Peter and Michael Brown and her parents, Joseph and Tillie Brown, all died before her. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Milton L. and Camille Fischer of Cranbury; her granddaughters, Stephanie A. Fischer of Cranbury, Francine M. Coffee of Cranbury and Denise M. Paesano of Point Pleasant Beach; a grandson, Calvin Kaser of Burlington; a brother, Frank Brown of Cranbury; a sister, Mary Laird of Hightstown; six grandchildren, Harrison, Connor and Brenden Coffee, Christopher Paesano and Richard and Virginia Kaser; and several nieces and nephews.
