Malouf Ford, North Brunswick, recently won the President’s Award for 2002, the highest dealer honor bestowed by the Ford Motor Co.
The award is given to less than 10 percent of Ford’s 4,000 dealers nationwide. It is awarded based on customer satisfaction, business acumen, and leadership.
Most recently, Malouf achieved Blue Oval certification, which was developed jointly by Ford and J.D. Power & Associates.
The dealership is also a past winner of the President’s Award, and won the North American Customer Excellence Award and Readers’ Choice Award, both in 1998.
