Tyler M. Richards, D.C., will present a free community workshop titled "The Five Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss" at 7 p.m. on June 16 at the Milltown Public Library, 20 W. Church St.
Participants will learn why calorie-counting may not lead to permanent weight loss; how eating healthier, not dieting, leads to more energy, balanced hormones and a greater sense of well-being; the negative effects of some of the most popular over-the-counter and prescription drugs; and how exercise builds a stronger body and improves overall health.
