The Jamesburg Civic Association will sponsor fund-raising performances of the Alain Zerbini Circus at 5:15 and 7:30 p.m. on July 9 on the grounds at JFK School, Davison Avenue, Jamesburg.

Advance-sale discount tickets are now on sale at Auto King Parts, Barbara’s Antiques, Gray Rock Supply, Little Shop of Treasures and Sweet William and Thyme, all located in downtown Jamesburg’s business district.

The civic association will use proceeds from the circus to cover the Fourth of July Jamesburg-Monroe fireworks expenses as well as scholarships at Grace M. Breckwedel School and Monroe Township High School.

‘Cinderella’s Storyland’

will be staged at library

Children ages 3 and up are invited to a performance of Cinderella’s Storyland at 7 p.m. on July 8 at the Monroe Township Library, 4 Municipal Plaza.

The show, sponsored by The Friends of the Monroe Township Library, will be presented by Kit’s Kaboodle. Free tickets are available at the library children’s desk.

Volunteers needed for ‘Meals on Wheels’

The Jewish Family & Vocational Service of Middlesex County, Edison, is seeking volunteers to deliver kosher meals for "Meals on Wheels" this summer.

Volunteers are needed one morning per week for approximately one to two hours. Volunteers are also needed to substitute on an as-needed basis if weekly volunteers are unavailable. For more information, call JFVS at (732) 777-1940.

O.B. church will host

vacation Bible school

Sayre Woods Bible Church, 2290 Route 9, Old Bridge, will offer a vacation Bible school from 9:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., July 21-25.
