A Georgia man was taken into custody by police July 10 after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman.
Ronald Ross, 24, of Marietta, Ga., was charged with lewdness, criminal trespassing and harassment after entering several women’s restrooms and approaching women within.
Police said that at approximately 2:10 p.m. a woman employed at the Excerpta Medica building on Raider Boulevard saw a man in a second-floor women’s restroom. Shortly after another woman employed in the building reported seeing a man in a first-floor bathroom.
That employee told police that while in the bathroom, the man came out of a bathroom stall and exposed his genitalia to her.
Police say after that second encounter in the Excerpta Medica building, Mr. Ross left the building and proceeded across two parking lots to the Hillsborough Cinema.
Police then received a report from a woman at the Hillsborough Cinema who said an unknown man had requested that the woman help him pull down the zipper to his pants.
Following investigation by police, Mr. Ross was charged and taken into custody.
Police said Mr. Ross did not provide any explanation for his actions.
Mr. Ross is being held at the Somerset County Jail. Bail has been set at $6,000 full cash. Mr. Ross is slated to appear in Hillsborough Municipal Court to face the charges.
