Cooking demonstration benefit planned Aug. 27
The Garden State Philharmonic is planning "A Little Night Cooking," where Chef Jeffrey Schneekloth of Jeffrey’s Restaurant, Toms River, accompanied by Garden State Philharmonic maestro Anthony LaGruth, will present a cooking demonstration and a battle of wits on Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Ocean County College Fine Arts Center.
Admission for this light dining and benefit is $25 per person. The Garden State Philharmonic will also conduct a raffle for a Dinner & Concert Package (including dinner for 2 at Jeffrey’s and two Garden State Philharmonic concert tickets). Proceeds support live music by the Garden State Philharmonic ensembles in Central New Jersey and the New Jersey Shore region.
