Emley’s Hill United Methodist Church will host "X-treme Fest" Aug. 23 from noon to 8 p.m. at the New Egypt High School, 113 Evergreen Road. The event will feature several bands, food, games, product giveaways and live demonstrations by the "King of Kings" professional skateboard team.
The event will be held rain or shine.
Tickets cost $30 per family. Individual pricing is $15 in advance, $10 for groups of eight or more, half-price for children ages 6-12 and free for children under age 5.
