Deborah chapter slates bus trip to casino Oct. 16
The Red Bank Chapter of Deborah Hospital Foundation will sponsor a bus trip to Taj Mahal Casino-Hotel, Atlantic City, Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $17, which includes a $12 casino giveback and $3 toward food. The bus will depart from the Shrewsbury Firehouse, Route 35 north. For reservations, call (732) 542-3247.
The chapter will hold a luncheon meeting Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. at Attilio’s Restaurant, Ursula Plaza, Ocean Avenue, North Long Branch. The cost is $11, and the public is invited. Attendees may pay at the door. For more information, call (732) 741-0828.
‘Evening with Jimmy Byrne’ slated for Oct. 24
St. James Elementary School, Peters Place, Red Bank, will present an "Evening with Jimmy Byrne" Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the auditorium at Red Bank Catholic High School, Broad Street. Tickets are $35, or $25 per person before Oct. 17. Admission includes entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, drinks and dessert.
