The Center for Community Renewal is sponsoring Thomas Alva Edison Day Oct. 21 to celebrate the day Edison perfected the incandescent lamp. On that day this year, Edison Tower Museum Director Jack Stanley will provide exhibits and demonstrations for students of Thomas Jefferson Middle School.
On Oct. 22, Stanley takes his displays and demonstrations to students of John Adams Middle School.
