Dec. 4, 5:27 p.m.: Returm of the Nisea

A bad excuse for a bad policy.

   Today’s Daily News column by Stanley Crouch just affirms his irrelevance — or, perhaps, the danger he poses. The undercurrent of bias built into this column, his willingness to target an ethnic group could be seen as having more legitimacy than it should because of his race.
   After all, what he’s really talking about is a return to the kind of racial/ethnic politics that resulted in the resettling of Japanese-Americans 60 years ago.
