Richard G. Zanyor

   Richard G. Zanyor, 69, of Lavallette, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, at home.
   Born in Edison, Mr. Zanyor lived in Woodbridge for 40 years before moving to West Point Island, Lavallette three years ago. He was a Korean War Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post No. 87 in Woodbridge. He was a graduate of St. Peters High School in New Brunswick.
   Mr. Zanyor was the owner of the Cranbury Inn restaurant in Cranbury for 21 years prior to his retirement in 1995. He previously owned the Trott Inn in Manalapan and at one time was employed by the State of New Jersey ABC in the Law Enforcement division. He attended St. Bonaventure R.C. Church in Lavallette and was a previous member of St. Andrews R.C. Church in Avenel.
   He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Josephine Perrone Zanyor of Lavallette; two sisters, Anna Pulasty of Edison and Mary "Mitzi" Riley of Woodbridge; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 29, at the Leon J. Gerity Funeral Home, 411 Amboy Avenue, Woodbridge. Followed by a Mass at St. James R.C. Church in Woodbridge. Internment followed at Cloverleaf Park Cemetery in Woodbridge. Donations in his memory can be made to the Lavallette First Aid Squad, Route 35 in Lavallette or the National Heart Association Route 1, North Brunswick, N.J. 08902-4301.
