The AAU New Jersey Cobras Baseball teams have spots available on their 2004 rosters. The 11U and 12U New Jersey Cobras are looking for a few additional players on their 2004 travel baseball teams. The 12U team has been in existence for the past 2.5 years and has been very successful. They traveled to Florida to play in the AAU National Championships as well as many other tournaments. The 11U team will be a new team in 2004. All players on these teams play by high school rules where you are permitted to lead/steal and use big barrel bats. Playing under these rules gets the players ready for middle school and high school at 11 and 12 years old.
Both teams will start winter training in January to get ready for the season, which starts the end of March. The team will train at Sportsworld in Hamilton as well as other facilities in the area.
The Cobras are looking for very dedicated players and parents. If you have interest in the Cobra baseball program, visit the Web site www.leaguelineup.com/njcobras or [email protected], or call (609) 259-9566; or, for the 12-year-olds, also (609) 239-9090; or [email protected] for 11-year-olds.
