Senior Menus-March 18, 2004

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, March 18 — Apple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs with tomato sauce, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and peach yogurt cup. Share a Memory Day.
   Friday, March 19 — Orange juice, barbecued rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, corn, minced coleslaw, rye bread and pears. Bingo.
   Saturday, March 20 — Pineapple juice, tuna salad, rye bread, cucumber and onion salad, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, March 21 — Cranapple juice, cold baked chicken, dinner roll, pasta with raw vegetables, fruit, marble pound cake and milk.
   Monday, March 22 — Apple juice, chicken cacciatore, spaghetti with tomato sauce, escarole with garlic, tossed salad, Italian bread and tangerine. Bingo.
   Tuesday, March 23 — New England clam chowder, braised pork chop with gravy, sweet potatoes, peas, applesauce with cinnamon, dinner roll and brownie. Cards.
   Wednesday, March 24 — Grape juice, Hungarian goulash, spiral noodles, carrots, cottage cheese with pineapple, six-grain bread and angel food cake. Bingo.
   Thursday, March 25 — Split pea soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, red cabbage, mandarin oranges, wheat bread and black-and-white cookie. Share a Joke Day.
