Accu-Scan Open MRI Center, Jackson, has announced that under the new medical management provided by Princeton Radiology Associates, they have achieved the patient care and service success goals expected when they underwent the change two months ago, according to Mary Ann Balk, Accu-Scan practice manager.
"Our physician communications and processing systems are now running as effectively as our state-of-the-art equipment. Accu-Scan offers timely reports, printing of MRI films, and convenient on-demand scheduling options," Balk stated. "In addition to high quality scan image and readings, the medical management expertise and skills of Princeton Radiology Associates has improved report turnaround time, minimizing patient anxiety."

Smith joined NJR in 1984 as an associate auditor, and in his most recent role as director-internal audit, he has systematically redefined the internal audit function at NJR. Marianne Donahue, Howell, a respiratory therapist at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, was named Employee of the Month at the hospital for December. The 17-year hospital veteran was commended for her ongoing dedication to patients and co-workers in the Department of Respiratory Services.
"On many occasions, Marianne has given up her vacation time, covered for the night shift and filled in extra weekends when the need arose," said Monmouth Medical Executive Director Frank J. Vozos, M.D. "When something needs to be done, Monmouth Medical Center can always count on Marianne."
Donahue joined Monmouth Medical Center in 1986 as a clerical assistant in the Human Relations Department. Two years later, she assumed her current position after earning an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from Brookdale Community College, Lincroft.
At Monmouth Medical Center, the Department of Respiratory Services provides care that includes ventilation management and pulmonary function testing to adults, children and infants with breathing disorders and pulmonary disease.
