Brenda J. Hampton, Howell, was honored recently for her many years of dedicated service to Monmouth County. The event took place at an Employees Awards Luncheon sponsored by the Board of Chosen Freeholders. She has been employed in the Monmouth County Division of Social Services for 25 years. Freeholder Edward J. Stominski presented Hampton with her service pin.

Prudential New Jersey Properties announced its 139 inductees into the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) 2003 Circle of Excellence. The awards are presented annually, and recognize outstanding listing and sales achievements by Realtors who have reached the height of their profession. Statewide, Prudential New Jersey Properties’ membership roster boasts five Platinum Level, six Gold Level, 42 Silver Level and 86 Bronze Level winners.

Prudential’s Howell office recipients include Linda Irvin at the Silver Level and Edward Beadle, Maxine Clark, Stephanie Dimakides, Frances Libonati and Dante Massa, all at the Bronze Level.

Jackson-based builder Paramount Homes received 12 awards recently at the FAME (Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards ceremony. The awards were presented by the New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJSBA) at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge.

Paramount garnered the awards in several marketing categories for its Premier at Manalapan Ridge, an enclave of executive estate homes situated at the highest point in Manalapan Township. The awards categories for which Paramount was honored included, "Community of the Year Grand Award," "Architectural Product Design," "Project Superintendent of the Year," "Best Design/Selection Center," "Best Interior Merchandising," "Best Landscaping," "Best Signage," "Best Sales Office," "Design Center Sales Achievement," "Best Brochure," "Best Logo Design," and "Best Black and White Ad."
