Voters can meet the candidates for seats on the West Windsor-Plainsboro Board of Education at a public forum set for Thursday, April 14.
The five candidates will debate issues at 7:30 p.m. in Grover Middle School’s auditorium. Residents will have an opportunity to talk to the candidates individually before and after the forum. They are also welcome to submit written questions for the candidates.
Three seats are up for election April 20. Incumbent Hemant Marathe, along with newcomers Robert Johnson and Peter R. Weale, are vying for the two West Windsor seats. William Probasco and Ellen Walsh are running for a single Plainsboro seat.
The forum is sponsored by the West Windsor-Plainsboro PTA-PTSA organizations, the Princeton Area League of Women Voters and the Political & Legal Experiences classes at High School North and South.
