The Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association is seeking volunteers for a water-monitoring program with training to be held 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Monitoring sites are located in Princeton, Montgomery, West Windsor and Plainsboro townships as well as Hopewell and Franklin townships.
Volunteers, who must be 14 or over, will receive training to be part of either chemical action teams or biological action teams, usually working in pairs with a trained partner. Chemical action teams will work every other Saturday for one to two hours and biological action teams will monitor streams in July, October and March.
