The South Brunswick Senior Center, Route 522, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, will host a "World Forum" May 27. The event is sponsored monthly by the South Brunswick Office on Aging, and this month’s topic will be China.
A lecture on nutrition will be presented June 3 at 12:30 p.m. A series, "Making Sense of Memory Loss" will be presented by the Office on Aging beginning June 7. A rhythm and health exercise demo will be June 9 at 12:30 p.m. "Aging More Effectively" will be presented by chiropractor William D. Charschan June 10 at 12:30 p.m.
A flea market and bake sale will be given by the Friends of the Senior Center June 15 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. A deejay party and barbecue will be June 17 at noon, at a cost of $2.25 per person. The Canadian Wholesale Pharmacy, Monmouth Junction, will answer questions about prescription savings June 24 at 12:30 p.m.
A Hawaiian luau will be June 25 at 4:30 p.m., at a cost of $10 per person. The event will feature clams, beef, chicken, pork loin, tilapia filet, ham, salads and dessert catered by The Tiger’s Tale. A performance by Elvis impersonator, El King, will follow.
