Professional Orthopaedic Associates, which has offices in Marlboro, Tinton Falls and Toms River, announced that Dr. Glenn Gabisan has joined the practice. Gabisan specializes in sports medicine, trauma, orthopaedic reconstruction and arthroscopic surgery of the foot, ankle and lower extremities. Gabisan attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he received the Dean’s Letter of Commendation. After an internship in general surgery, he completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He then completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He is board eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Barbara Berg, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Marlboro office, announced that four sales associates were recognized for their industry successes in June.

Sonia Brambier led the office in listings. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club, Brambier was chosen office mentor of the year in 2003.

Gail Szeluga led the office in sales. She is a member of the Monmouth and Middlesex Multiple Listings Services.

Kathy Kwaak led the office in revenue units. A member of Weichert’s Marketed Club, Kwaak qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the bronze level.

Harriet Zaslow led the office in dollar volume. A member of Weichert’s Sales and Marketed clubs, Zaslow qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the silver level.

Coldwell Banker Team Success, Colts Neck, has announced the appointment of Hank Schwartz as Realtor associate. Schwartz has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, including commercial real estate and property management. In addition to his background in realty, Schwartz has developed and operated an international executive search and a directory publishing business. His early background was in human resources and organization planning. He is a graduate of Monmouth University, West Long Branch. A resident of Colts Neck, Schwartz is planning to concentrate on home sales and listings in the township and surrounding area.
