The Upper Freehold Office of Animal Control has changed its hours at the municipal building, due to increased field activity and decreased license activity. The office will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday. The change in hours will be in effect through Nov. 1, when license activity is expected to increase.
